Returns 

At Evolution Studio TCG, we strive to offer the best products and service to our customers.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@evostudiotcg.com within this period. We’ll provide instructions for returning the product.

To be eligible for a refund:

• The item must be in its original condition.

• You may be responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective or incorrect).

We will refund the full purchase price, including the standard delivery fee. We cannot refund any additional services like express shipping.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled free of charge if the request is made before the product has shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may still use your 14-day return right as described above.
